Below are various applications for the 2012 ESSENCE Music Festival. All applications must be completely filled out and submitted online and all fees must be paid online using a credit or debit card. MARKETPLACE & ART EXPO APPLICATION

ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo invites interested artists and craft vendors to apply for exhibit space.
ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo is a unique and exciting venue featuring fine art, crafts, one-of-a-kind handmade African Art. Live Art demonstrations are featured daily. New Orleans artists and vendors are encouraged to apply. Please review the application qualifying guidelines – commercially manufactured items are not allowed.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & NON-PROFIT APPLICATION

ESSENCE Music Festival Community Outreach & Non-Profits is dedicated to the support and strengthening of local, state and national community-based and non-profit organizations. Community and non-profit organizations located in New Orleans are encouraged to apply.
ESSENCE COMMUNITY OUTREACH BOOTHS will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on all event days.

FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

ESSENCE invites interested food vendors apply for food concession space at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The free and open to the public activities at the Convention Center is a unique and exciting venue featuring Seminar Empowerment Experience, fine art and crafts, Live Art demonstrations and sponsor exhibits. New Orleans food vendors are encouraged to apply. Please review the application qualifying guidelines.

VOLUNTEER AND INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS

Volunteers and interns are needed for the days of the festival, July 6th through the 8th, as well as the pre-event days of July 2nd to July 5th. Volunteers and interns will be stationed at both the Louisiana Superdome and the Ernest M. Morial Convention Center, working in a variety of departments, including the Art Marketplace, Empowerment Seminars, Production, Sponsorship, Information and Greeting, Talent, and Art. All who participate will receive one free t-shirt for the duration of the festival and a food voucher for each shift worked on event days. Volunteers and interns will need to provide their own transportation to and from the festival. Parking vouchers will be given to those that require them, on a first come, first served basis. Volunteers will receive one single day ticket to attend the festival. Interns will be required to work all days of the festival, however, they will be given a single day ticket that can be given to someone to attend a single night of the festival.  CLICK ON ONE OF THE LINKS BELOW TO APPLY.
