Essence 2010 Applications

Below are various applications for the 2010 Essence Music Festival. All applications may be completely filled out and submitted online by paying with a credit card. The application can also be printed and mailed in along with a check or money order. Marketplace Application
ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo invites all interested artists and craft vendors to apply for exhibit space.

ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo is a unique and exciting venue featuring art, crafts, African imports, cultural and traditional merchandise. Artist demonstrations are featured daily. New Orleans artists and vendors are encouraged to apply.

Essence Marketplace & Art Expo application deadline is now March 29. Please note this will be the final day to apply to exhibit in Essence Marketplace 2010.

ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on all event days.

Community Outreach & Non-Profit Application
Essence Music Festival Community Outreach & Non-Profits is dedicated to the support and strengthening of local, state and national community-based and non-profit organizations. Community and non-profit organizations located in New Orleans are encouraged to apply.

EMF Community Outreach exhibits will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from the hours of 9:30 am to 6:00pm on July 2, 3 and 4. The Festival requires that all exhibits are staffed for the hours of operation and do not close early. Upon acceptance, EMF requests a $100 exhibitor fee made payable to Essence Festivals Production LLC.

Vending is not allowed in the Community Outreach and Non-Profit exhibits. Educational, membership and fund raising materials are allowed.

Food Vendor Application
ESSENCE FOOD EMPORIUM invites all interested food vendors to apply for food vending space.

ESSENCE FOOD EMPORIUM has two venues that food will be sold at. New Orleans vendors are encouraged to apply.

Essence FOOD EMPORIUM application deadline is April 15, 2010 . Please note this will be the final day to apply .
